What ScoreRaider provides

ScoreRaider is not the seller, marketplace, payment processor, appraiser, authenticator, broker, financial adviser, or investment adviser for third-party items.

No guarantee of price, value or profit

Prices, market references, shipping charges, taxes, availability and listing details can change quickly and may contain errors or delays. A displayed discount or “score” is an estimate based on available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, condition, future value, resale value, liquidity, savings, or profit.

Third-party transactions

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreRaider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, missed opportunities, marketplace disputes, or losses arising from reliance on third-party listings or pricing data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
